30-30's - Caffeine tablets containing 175mg of Caffeine (regular) per tablet. 30-30's are another leading caffeine stimulant tablet. Each tablet is about the strength of one to two regular cups of plain coffee. Directions: Adults and children 18 years of age and over: 1 tablet (175 mgs) not more often than every 3 to 4 hours. Not to exceed 3 tablets in a 24-hour period.
