What forms of Payments does MTE accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Certified Checks only (by mail), Money-Orders (by mail). NO personal checks are being accepted. Important: Make money-orders payable to MTE (only) or they will be returned. Do not send cash through the mail. Paypal payments have been suspended because Paypal.com doesn't like us selling ephedra-herb products which are legal.


Is there a Minimum Order amount?

Yes. A minimum order amount of $6.00 has been implemented as of 7-23-2007. This amount DOES NOT include the shipping fee.


How to Order by Phone:

No phone orders are being taken at this time, please email us your name and phone number and we will contact you.



How to Order by Mail:

United States Only. The best way to order by mail is to place the items you wish to buy in the shopping cart, pick the shipping option you would like and PRINT the page instead of submitting the order electronically. Then mail the printed page with payment (Money-Order or Certified Bank Check only, US dollars please), to us at MTE Nutrition.

2) You may also send us your order on a sheet of white paper. Print your name and address and phone number at the top of the paper (as legibly as possible, do not use handwriting). Please print the desired Item(s) and Item Number(s), Quantity(s) desired and the listed cost of that item(s).

3) Mail orders, please add $6.95 for Shipping to your order subtotal.

You can also track previous orders from our website! Note: Mail orders sent without the shipping charge added will be returned to you.

For all International Orders (outside the US and Canada), you may order by mail too. We accept payment of International Mail-Orders via American Express travelers checks or Certified bank-check ONLY. E-mail us to receive the correct shipping charges to add to your order, or print the last page before you would send the order online (your shipping charges would show on that copy).

What about COD orders?

COD (cash-on-delivery) ordering has been discontinued, due the abuse of the privilege (namely, returned & refused packages). In order to keep costs down and provide excellent service, we had to do this and we are sorry for the inconvenience. No exceptions.



ALL ORDERING IS SECURE:

NOTE: Your credit card is not automatically verified online, we process all credit card orders, manually, at our office to enhance security and help curtail fraud.

If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will make up to two more attempts to process the order before e-mailing you. Please make sure the the data entered is correct to prevent delays, especially the expiration date of the card.

Supplying us with the correct billing address of your credit card is necessary, or your order will be delayed. Note, the "billing address" is the address the credit card company sends your statement too. If you have your order shipped to your place of work that is fine, but we must also have the credit card's address to help verify the card. Failure to do so, may cause your order to be cancelled.

Also, we do not sell or lease any customer information. Your Credit-Card Number is erased from our computers within 30 days of ordering. All internal paperwork at MTE Nutrition is stored in a secure facility with restricted access, no backup tapes/disks ever leave our premises.



How long will it take to ship my order?

Domestic (United States) orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order. Holiday's and Weekends may delay order processing by one or two business days. Any delays due to manufacturer backorders will be e-mailed to you within the same time-frame.

International orders, including Canada, may take up to four (4) business days to process and ship, due to the extra verification processes which must be performed. Express-shipping orders will be expedited, and we will try to ship them within one to two business days, not including weekends or US-holidays. All express-air orders must include your full telephone number to prevent shipping delays.

Note: MTE Supplements reserves the right to reject or cancel any order deemed suspicious or with an address that cannot be verified. To better protect our customers, we may ask for additional identification before processing certain orders. So please make sure to supply a valid email address so we may communicate with you if necessary.



RETURNS POLICY (Important !!!):

All products carry an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee (except clearance items or those sold as-is). If your not satisfied with your product, we will arrange a return authorization. A low 10% restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges are not refundable. You may phone, email, or fax us your return request no later than 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. Note, we must have issued a return authorization before the package is returned or the package will be refused upon delivery to us. Shipping charges are never refundable.

International Orders: Please note. If you reside in a foreign country and your customs officials return your order for any reason, a 20% restocking charge and applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from any credit issued. International laws change and often they are not published until long after customs is told to refuse merchandise. Foreign customers are responsible for checking their specific laws regarding dietary supplements. Confiscated packages are not refundable under any circumstance.



NOTE: Order carefully, MTE Supplements will not responsible for any error(s) made by the customer. However, errors made by us, MTE Supplements, will be corrected at our expense. MTE Supplements reserves the right to change and/or modify correct this policy without notice.
